Nothing beats a solid sweat sesh to end the weekend and reset for a new week.
I’m on a mission to gain a #hotmom bod and, while I still have a ways to go, I’m stoked about the 15 LBS I’ve burnt off since mid-May.
It’s so easy to make excuses… I’m tired. I should put laundry away. The kids need x, y, z. But the truth is, they get the best from me when I take time for self care. And I’m thankful to have a husband who wants to see me happy, and helps push me not to make excuses.
If you haven’t yet discovered the Peloton app, go check it out. Tonight I rocked out a 30 minutes ride to 80s pop songs, burning upwards of 300 calories. It was awesome.
