Getting older has its perks, but one downside is the extra LBs.
Since meeting Steve almost eight years ago, I’ve consistently put on 5-10 pounds each year. The slow gain didn’t bother me so much, I guess, until I hit my all-time high while pregnant with our second.
You guys!!! I’ve hit another milestone in my #weightlossjourney and I’m trying real hard not to brag about it. But who am I kidding; 20 pounds is like carrying two infants around. All. Day. Long! So I hope you don’t mind my mini celebration here.
Another day, another Peloton ride. I haven’t pulled the trigger on an actual Peloton cycle. I just don’t have upwards of $2500 to drop on myself right now.

I’m excited about this milestone in my weight loss journey. 😊
I gained upwards of 50 lbs 😳while pregnant with Marek, which can easily happen when you don’t step on a scale (and look away during all those well woman checkups 😂), wear stretchy maternity clothes (from 14 weeks on 🤪) and avoid mirrors.
